WINTER 2025 MENUS

From 25 MAY to 11 AUG, lunches and dinners will be the 6 course / a la carte menu.

The menu includes 10+ parts served as 6 course, and can be enjoyed in 2 ways.

(A) FULL MENU: All inclusive. $135pp

(B) A LA CARTE SELECTION: Pick your own plates from the set menu . Ranges $7 to $52

*The signature 8 course menus will return to dinners 28 Aug 2025.

We focus on Australian-only wines, local spirits and cocktails which work harmoniously with the kitchen.

Taking seasonal cues and low waste ethos from the kitchen our bar also makes a range of special digestifs and drinks. Set menu wine pairing is available $120pp
