SEASONAL MENUS

Seasonality isn’t a limitation, but the starting point of our creativity. Dishes change every 6-8 weeks in responds to seasonal rythmns.

Our set menu and a la carte menus can be personalised for all allergies & dietaries, just let us know at the time of booking.

This includes vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, pregnancy, no raw, no pork, no shellfish, dairy free, gluten free, nut allergy etc.

WINE & DRINKS

We focus on Australian-only wines, local spirits and cocktails which work harmoniously with the kitchen.

Taking seasonal fruit cues and low waste ethos from the kitchen our bar also makes a range of house-made drinks.

Set menu wine pairing is available $105pp.
By the glass selection and cocktails average $22-24

To support designated drivers and those who would like to try more varietials, we also uniquely offer 75ml (half glass) of our wines. Non-alcoholic beers, wines and drinks also availables
