(1) Seasonal snacks (set menu includes all snack below)

Sourdough bread with macadamia and kefir butters   $6ea

Vegetable crudités and tasty waste paste   $8

Fish-shaped buckwheat waffle with smoked snapper cream and finger lime     $7ea

Duck, native pepper and fennel seed salami  $7

+ ADD SNACK: Fresh oysters with bunya nut shoyu and kelp   $7ea

(2) Yellow tail kingfish tartare with strawberry gum, umeboshi and cucumber   $28

+ ADD SPECIAL COURSE: Bay Lobster and bunya nut fregola with bunya nut miso, lobster butter and pipi dressing      $39

(3) Grilled mackerel fish with mitoyo eggplant, native tamarind and roasted fish bone sauce $58

(4) Dry aged pasture duck with salted apricot, ayote squash and green peppercorn $58

Example vegan and pesco courses include:

  • Dragonfruit tartare with strawberry gum, umeboshi and cucumber

  • Grilled lebanese squash with mitoyo eggplant, native tamarind and roasted pine mushroom

  • Kent pumpkin with salted apricot, ayote squash and green peppercorn

  • Gluten free buckwheat bread is available. The majority of the menu is GF

SERVICE

  • 1 x menu type (set menu OR a la carte) across the whole table for best kitchen and guest pacing

PORTIONS / PLATING

  • Set menu portions are generally starter/ tasting size and individually plated.

  • Most a la carte is share-able. We recommend 1 each in some smaller snacks

  • The fish and duck courses when ordered a la carte is a larger “mains” portion.

  • The a la carte menu is designed as a taste of the set menu. It is intentionally more concise than a “traditional” a la carte menu

SITTING TIMES

  • Allow 2-2.5 hours for 6 course menu. Extra time if you selecting all additional courses

  • For smaller meals (a la carte) allow 1-1.5 hour sitting time.

DIETARIES

  • All allergies and dietaries can be accommodated with advance notice. Please let us know at the time of booking.

KIDS

  • Kids are always welcome but we do not have a specific kids menu.

  • Snacks and sharing with parents’ plates suits most kids

SEATING

  • Available at tables and counters

  • A la carte is NOT available on FRI, SAT dinners or SUN lunch when set menus are prioritised
