Vegetable crudités and tasty waste paste   $8

Buckwheat waffle with smoked snapper cream and finger lime     $7ea

Duck, native pepper and fennel seed salami

Sourdough bread with macadamia and kefir butters   $6

(2) Long tail tuna tartare with smoked dragon fruit, bamboo shoot miso and shiso        $22

(3) Grilled spanish mackeral with gailan, turnip, roasted bone sauce and makrut lime

PORTIONS

  • The selections menu is designed to taste the set menu (noting, it is more concise than a “traditional” a la carte menu)

  • The portions of set menu are generally “starter” size.

  • The fish and duck courses can be up-sized as a larger “main” portions if you are seeking 1 x course/ small meal

SITTING TIMES

  • Allow 2 hours for 6 course menu. Extra time if you selecting all additional courses

  • Smaller meals allow 1-1.5 hour sitting time.

PLATING/ SERVICE

  • Courses are individually plated and are not designed to share

  • We request tables pick one menu type across the whole table

DIETARIES

  • All allergies and dietaries can be accommodated with advance notice. Just let us know at the time of booking.

KIDS

  • Kids are always welcome but we do not have a specific kids menu.

  • Snacks and sharing with parents suits most kids
