PORTIONS / PLATING

  • A la carte courses are share-able. We do recommend 1 each in some snacks

  • The fish and duck course when ordered a la carte is a larger “mains” portion.

  • The a la carte menu is designed as a taste of the set menu. It is intentionally more concise than a “traditional” a la carte menu

  • Allow 2 hours for 6 course menu. Extra time if you selecting all additional courses

  • For smaller meals (a la carte) allow 1-1.5 hour sitting time.
