Pipit’s Duck Pithivier Pies famous from 2021 pop-ups are back for 1 night only!
On Saturday 27 JUNE we are doing a Winters Warmers pop-up dinner to celebrate the best of pasture-raised Northern Rivers Ducks, and to help us test new 3 course structures and add ons.
The bistro set menu includes
CANAPES/SNACK
Sourdough Bread with kefir and macadamia butters
Vegetable crudités and tasty waste paste
Duck salami with native pepper and fennel seed
MAIN
Duck pithivier pie and braised lentils
with shared sides of mash potatoes and local leaf salad

Apple crumble with ice-cream
