PIPIT X FIREDOOR - 25-26 May

For Vivid Food’s Regional Dinner Series, Ben Devlin pairs with Lennox Hastie, the fire-fascinated chef and owner of multi-award-winning restaurant Firedoor to bring his passion, precision and Tweed Coast sensibility to Surry Hills.

Bringing together two chefs united by a shared ethos of fire, seasonality, and deep respect for Australian produce, this exclusive experience celebrates cooking powered entirely by flame. 

Enjoy a six-course set menu inspired by the best of the land and coastline. 

Six-course set menu $295 per person.

Vivid Food’s inaugural Regional Dinner Series is a citywide celebration of regional produce and talent spanning some of Sydney’s finest restaurants – all to highlight the rich culinary identity and stories of NSW, with each event focusing on a specific region.

Across 7 pairings and 12 events, the series heroes regional ingredients, winemakers, brewers and more. Pipit is proud to represent our location in The Tweed.

PIPIT at the FIRE KITCHEN - 22-24 MAY

The Vivid Fire Kitchen, is a curated lineup of the world’s best pitmasters and chefs gather to celebrate the primal art of flame-cooked cuisine. This year the Fire Kitchen moves to the Stargazer Lawn at Barangaroo Reserve with Sydney Harbour as its backdrop. Each chef will present a BBQ snack and host fire-side chats nightly from 5pm.

Vivid Sydney is the Southern Hemisphere’s largest festival of light, music, and ideas - and we can’t wait to be apart of it!
