4th Annual GIRL GANG Chefs Collab

The Girl Gang Chefs Collab, brings together 4 x female young chefs and 4 x female producers to support emerging talent and leadership in local hospitality and agriculture. Together they will create a not-to-be-missed collaborative 4 course menu, to share the stories and tastes behind some of the best local Tweed / Northern Rivers ingredients.
This event is in partnership with female founders of

Algamarine Seaweed, Tweed Heads (Isabela Keski-Frantti)
Boon Luck Farm, Tyagarah (Palisa Anderson)
The menu is designed by young chefs from:
Pipit Restaurant (Beatrice Hook, Naomi Hare)
Fig Tree Restaurant (Daisy Koutsoubos)
Three Blue Ducks / Carlita's Quince (Carla Duschletta)
The drinks list will also showcase Australian female winemakers, and supported by female front of house talent, lead by Pipit's Restaurant Manager, Chloe Wilson The annual event held at Pipit encourages women to be visible in key roles to help inspire the next generations of female hospitality talent.
