Within the Chefs Collab series, we host an annual all female-chef ‘Girl Gang’ edition.
On 27th March, there will be exciting collaborative set menu presenting 5 courses by:

  • Beatrice Hook, Beach Byron 

  • Roisin Carolan, Fig Tree Restaurant

  • Linda Kern, Pipit 

  • Kyiah Jones, Pipit  

Each chef is supported by a leading female chef/owner mentor:

  • Anna Mortimer - Honour, Brunswick Heads

  • Christine Manfield - Casuarina 

  • Sarah Baldwin - Joy, Brisbane

  • Mindy Woods -Karkalla, Byron Bay


And supported by an all-female wine & front of house team, with wine list collaborations and mentoring with

  • Alice Dwyer, Pipit (Manager)

  • Gabby Vacher, Pipit

  • Gabby Fury- freelance & Grafted Wines

The “Girl Gang” event aims to promote diversity, representation, and leadership role models within restuarants.   Last year the menu booklet highlighted female chef role models (*free PDF download still available), and this year we will explore this further.

The menu showcases 1 course per chef to share their interests, skills and creative ideas.

This collaborative menu includes:
