Coastal dining to us means that our space and menus are light, casual, and relaxed. We think vegetables, fruits, and seafood are the stars in our region.

We aim for bold, balanced flavours and hope to surprise you with things you might not have tried before or can only find in this part of the world. Our menu will be centred on wood-fired cooking, and our drinks menu will be based on low intervention wines and handmade beverages.

We want to play our small part in supporting more sustainable food systems, and choose to:

  • Support local farmers and producers

  • Not to serve hoofed animals (beef, pork, lamb, goat)

  • Support the AMCF Good Fish Guide in buying our seafood

  • Minimise wastage by actively looking for more creative ways to use all of our products
