4 course set menu

+ Sourdough bread and butters

+ Canapes : Seasonal vegetables and mullet roe finger bun

1. Cured Albacore with shiso, hibiscus and bunya miso

2. Glazed bay lobster with potato noodles, lemon and garlic

3. Flame tail snapper with green romesco, snap peas and pepita

4. Sapote Mille feuille with caramelised coconut milk and passion fruit

*Wine pairing to the 4 dishes only, additional drinks with starters can be purchased on the night

*Menu can be adjusted to dietary needs or vegetarians
